At Zonyx (www.zonyxstyle.com), your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with applicable United States consumer protection laws.
1. Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at: info@zonyxstyle.com.
- Return Shipping: Costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In such cases, Zonyx will cover the return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges. To modify an order, please contact us before our 8:00 PM (EST) cutoff time.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
2. Consumer Rights Notice
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable United States consumer protection laws. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is defective, unsafe, significantly different from the description, or not of acceptable quality.
3. Return Conditions
To ensure your refund is processed, please adhere to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories.
- Products must be unused and in original condition, except where necessary for inspection.
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Note: If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete, a partial refund or deduction for loss of value may be applied where permitted by law.
Our registered business address in Buffalo, WY, is strictly for administrative purposes and is NOT a return address. Returns sent here without prior authorization will not be received or processed. Please contact customer service to receive the correct return instructions and warehouse address.
4. Refunds & Responsibility
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays or damage occurring during return shipping; we recommend using a trackable service.
Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Undeliverable packages may incur additional reshipment fees.
